Terms of Service

Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using WiseLine, creating an account, or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and be permitted to use the service under the laws that apply to you. You may not use WiseLine where sports-market activity or related information services are prohibited.

Service scope

WiseLine provides informational analysis, model readings, market context, historical records, and related account features. Coverage, models, markets, publication times, and member features may change, be delayed, or become unavailable.

WiseLine does not accept wagers, execute trades, hold customer trading funds, operate a market, provide individualized investment advice, or guarantee that any third-party venue will accept or settle a transaction.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Do not share an account, bypass access controls, automate credential attempts, or use another person's email, payment method, or wallet without authorization. WiseLine may require email or additional verification to protect an account.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

Prices, billing intervals, access periods, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Card subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal and ordinarily leaves access active through the paid period shown in the account portal.

Eligible crypto payments grant the access period shown before transfer and are not recurring card subscriptions. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible. Except where applicable law requires otherwise or WiseLine expressly agrees, payments for an access period that has begun are non-refundable.

An active card subscription must be cancelled and allowed to reach the end of its paid period before the associated account can be deleted through the current account workflow.

Acceptable use

You may use WiseLine only for lawful, personal or internally authorized purposes.

  • Do not scrape protected content, resell access, republish member signals, or evade a paywall or rate limit.
  • Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or another account.
  • Do not use WiseLine for fraud, market manipulation, sanctions evasion, infringement, harassment, or any unlawful activity.
  • Do not misrepresent WiseLine content as a guaranteed outcome or as individualized professional advice.

Content and intellectual property

WiseLine and its licensors retain ownership of the site, brand, models, presentation, written analysis, software, and original content. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service during your authorized access period.

Market data, sports information, third-party names, and linked content may belong to their respective owners. No league, team, market, venue, or data provider sponsors WiseLine unless expressly stated.

Third-party services

WiseLine may link to or interoperate with payment processors, hosting providers, data sources, blockchains, wallet software, and market venues. Those services are governed by their own terms, availability, fees, privacy practices, and settlement rules.

WiseLine is not responsible for a third party's outage, refusal, price, liquidity, custody, security incident, transaction reversal policy, or legal compliance.

No warranties or guaranteed outcomes

The service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Analysis may contain errors or become stale. Outcomes, prices, liquidity, rules, and data can change without notice.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Nothing on WiseLine is a promise of profit, a fiduciary relationship, or individualized legal, tax, investment, or financial advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WiseLine and its operator, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or trading losses arising from use of or inability to use the service, reliance on content, third-party services, or unauthorized account access.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. You are responsible for decisions, transactions, taxes, and compliance associated with your use.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using WiseLine at any time and may request account deletion through account settings, subject to completion of an active card subscription period and legal retention obligations. WiseLine may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated breach, fraud, security risk, non-payment, unlawful use, or when required by law.

Sections that by nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—continue to apply.

Changes, applicable law, and contact

WiseLine may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified by a revised date and, where appropriate, an in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service operator and your use, without removing any mandatory rights you have under local consumer law. Before filing a dispute, contact WiseLine and provide enough detail for a good-faith attempt to resolve it. Any unresolved matter will be handled by a court or forum with jurisdiction under applicable law.
