Scope and responsibility

This Policy applies to WiseLine websites, accounts, subscriptions, support interactions, and related service features. The operator of WiseLine determines why and how account and service information is processed, while certain providers also process information under their own legal responsibilities.

Third-party market venues, wallets, blockchains, social platforms, and websites have separate privacy practices. This Policy does not control their independent processing.

Information we collect

WiseLine collects information you provide, information generated by service use, and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

  • Account data: email address, nickname, password hash, verification status, security settings, account timestamps, and an optional Telegram identifier when a feature is connected.
  • Billing data: plan, access status, billing interval, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, payment status, and related transaction metadata. Stripe handles card details; WiseLine does not store full card numbers.
  • Crypto billing data: verified public wallet address, payment intent, receiving address, amount, expiry, transaction hash, network checks, and access period.
  • Security and technical data: IP-derived request information used for rate limits and fraud prevention, session and authentication data, logs, errors, browser/device category, pages viewed, referrer, approximate region, and performance measurements.
  • Communications: messages and account details you choose to provide when requesting support.

How information is used

WiseLine uses personal information only where reasonably connected to operating, protecting, and improving the service.

  • Create and verify accounts, authenticate sessions, enable security controls, and provide member access.
  • Process purchases, synchronize subscription status, verify eligible onchain payments, and maintain transaction records.
  • Deliver verification, security, and account emails; respond to support requests.
  • Detect abuse, enforce rate limits, investigate incidents, prevent fraud, and protect users and the service.
  • Measure aggregate traffic and performance, diagnose errors, and improve content and reliability.
  • Comply with applicable law, enforce agreements, and establish or defend legal claims.

Service providers and disclosure

WiseLine uses providers for hosting and delivery, databases, rate limiting and temporary tokens, authentication, email delivery, analytics and performance, card billing, and blockchain/RPC verification. Current infrastructure includes Vercel, Neon, Upstash/Vercel KV, Stripe, and Resend or equivalent replacement providers.

Providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and process it under their contracts and privacy terms. WiseLine may also disclose information with your direction, to complete a transaction, during a business reorganization, to protect rights and safety, or when required by valid legal process.

Cookies and analytics

WiseLine uses necessary cookies or similar storage for authentication, session continuity, security, and preferences. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent account features from working.

The site currently uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregate traffic and performance information. Vercel documents Web Analytics as cookie-free for analytics and designed without persistent cross-site identification. WiseLine does not currently use advertising cookies or cross-context behavioral advertising.

Public blockchain information

If you use crypto billing, wallet addresses and transaction hashes are recorded on a public blockchain independently of WiseLine. Public blockchain records may be permanent, visible worldwide, and difficult or impossible to delete. Do not use an address if you do not want its activity publicly associated through onchain analysis.

Retention and deletion

Account information is generally retained while the account remains active. Short-lived verification codes and rate-limit records expire according to operational security windows. When you delete an eligible account, account-linked subscription and payment records are removed from the primary application database through the current deletion workflow, subject to backups, provider systems, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, and legal retention duties.

Some information may be retained longer when needed to comply with law, complete billing records, prevent abuse, resolve a dispute, or protect legal rights. Public blockchain records cannot be deleted by WiseLine.

Security

WiseLine uses measures intended to protect information, including password hashing, hashed single-use verification codes, encrypted transport, access controls, rate limiting, session checks, and restricted service credentials. No online system is completely secure, and WiseLine cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or loss will never occur.

Protect your account with a unique password and never send credentials, one-time codes, private keys, or seed phrases to support.

International transfers and your rights

WiseLine and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, transfer safeguards and provider contractual measures are used. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, restrict, object, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision about your personal information.

WiseLine may need to verify your identity before completing a request and may retain information where an exception or legal duty applies. You will not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right that applies to you.

Age, changes, and contact

WiseLine is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. If you believe a minor provided personal information, contact WiseLine so the situation can be reviewed.

This Policy may change as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date identifies the current version. To ask a privacy question or exercise a right, use the official Telegram contact below and identify the account email involved. Do not include passwords, verification codes, or wallet secrets.
